AMIRI offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain items, including face masks and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
